Only Women Entrepreneurs

Empowering women to build businesses, pursue skilled trades and alternative careers, and create success on their own terms.

Only Women entrepreneurs (OWE)

WHERE WOMEN BUILD WHAT'S NEXT.

Only Women Entrepreneurs was created to give women the tools, resources, mentorship, and encouragement to pursue opportunities that may not have traditionally felt open to them.

Whether you're building a business, considering entrepreneurship, exploring a skilled trade, navigating a career change, or redefining what success looks like for you, OWE is here to help you move forward with greater confidence and direction.

Through practical resources, real-world business experience, conversations, mentorship, and the GWOAT™ movement, we're creating a place where women can learn, grow, lead—and build a future on their own terms.

You don't have to follow someone else's definition of success. You can build your own.

MEET ROSEMARY CESCOLINI

Entrepreneur. Master Artisan. Mentor. Podcaster. Creator of the GWOATâ„¢ movement.

I’m an ordinary woman who has accomplished extraordinary things by believing in my abilities, developing my skills, and being willing to take the next step—even when the path wasn’t obvious.

My career began as a high school English teacher. From there, I entered the world of woodworking, became a Master Artisan, and went on to help build and scale family businesses to eight figures. Along the way, I’ve launched new ventures, led teams, built brands, navigated challenges, made mistakes—and learned from every one of them.

More than 35 years of entrepreneurship have taught me that success isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about having the confidence to make decisions, the resilience to keep moving, and the right strategy when it matters most.

Today, I bring that experience to women who are building businesses, pursuing careers in skilled trades, navigating change, or simply asking themselves, What’s next for me?

I don’t coach from theory. I coach from experience. I’ve built businesses, raised a family, changed careers, competed as an athlete, created a podcast, written books, and continued reinventing myself through every chapter.

And that is what GWOAT™ means to me: becoming the Greatest Woman of All Time in your own life—not by being perfect, but by continually becoming the woman you know you’re capable of being.

Your greatest chapter may still be ahead of you.

Rosemary's story

Growing up in an immigrant household taught me early that opportunity isn't something you simply wait for—you learn, work, adapt, and create it.

Those lessons have stayed with me throughout every chapter of my life.

1. BUILD THE SKILLS NO ONE CAN TAKE FROM YOU.
Knowledge, experience, and marketable skills create choices—and choices create opportunity.

2. BELIEVE YOU ARE CAPABLE OF MORE.
Some of the biggest changes in my life began before I knew exactly how I was going to accomplish them. I learned to believe first, then take action.

3. TAKE OWNERSHIP OF WHAT COMES NEXT.
Life will challenge you. Business will challenge you. Growth requires resilience, responsibility, and the willingness to keep moving forward.

Those lessons took me from the classroom to entrepreneurship, from woodworking to business leadership, and eventually to creating Only Women Entrepreneurs and the GWOATâ„¢ movement.

Today, my mission is to help other women recognize what they're capable of—and give them the strategy, encouragement, and practical tools to act on it.

Your path doesn't have to look traditional to be successful.
