We have the distinct honour of speaking with a true trailblazer in the field of geology and mining, Melissa Ng. Currently serving as the Chief Geologist at Cameco Corporation's McArthur River Operation in Edmonton, Alberta, Melissa is at the forefront of an industry that plays a critical role in our quest for clean, sustainable energy.

Beyond her role as a geologist, Melissa is deeply involved in initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion. She chairs Women in Mining Canada, an organization dedicated to creating a more inclusive culture within the mining sector. Her personal leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that by supporting those around us, we can help them become better versions of themselves.
